Fresh Berry Trifle Recipe reveals this delicious secrete

The fresh berry trifle pudding is a delicious summer dessert. This super easy recipe gets everyone hooked up. The flashing layer of berries with velvety cream looks gorgeous. You can prepare trifle a day in advance for the party.

The following berry trifle recipe uses a mix of three most beneficial berries- strawberry, raspberry, and blueberry. The goodness of anti-oxidants in these berries will keep you young. So, now ladies you have one more reason to have this delicious English berries trifle dessert.

This angelic arrangement of fruits, cake, and whipped cream takes only 30 minutes to prepare.

Ingredients for berry trifle

Sponge cake 1 No.

Castor Sugar 1 ¾ cups

Cream cheese 450 grams

Heavy Whipped cream 1 ½ cups

Vanilla essence 1tsp

Mixed Fresh Berries (strawberries, raspberries, and blueberries) 2 cups

For Garnishing-

Mint leaves

Sliced Strawberry

1. Combine softened cream cheese with confectioner’s sugar in a pyrex bowl. Beat them until creamy. Then add the vanilla extract and mix well.

3. Hull the berries.

Now, it’s time to assemble the pudding.

4. Tear the sponge cake into bite-size pieces. Arrange a layer of cake pieces in the glass container.

5. Pour a few spoons sherry on them. This is an optional step. If you are a teetotaler and want to keep alcohol away, you can enjoy the fresh berry trifle without spraying sherry.

6. Spread one-third part of the three berries. Pipe a thick layer of cream cheese mix prepared above in step 2.

Repeat step 4 and 6 until all the ingredients are used up. The last layer should be of whipped cream.

Finish your fresh berry trifle with a sprig of mint in the center and line the periphery with thin slices of strawberry.

Refrigerate for 8 hours. Serve Chilled.

Tip: To enhance the flavor melt ¾ cup of the raspberry jam in the microwave. Toss the berries in it to coat them from all sides. Let the berries sit in it for a while.
