- Almond flour 4 tablespoons
- Garlic Powder 1/4 teaspoon
- Baking powder ½ teaspoon
- Salt ⅛ teaspoon
- Cold butter ½ tablespoon (1/4 oz/ 9g)
- Milk 3½ tablespoons
- Grated cheddar cheese 2 tablespoon
- Mixed herbs ½ teaspoon
- Old bay seasoning* 2 teaspoons
Instructions to make Cheddar Bay Biscuit in a mug
- Sieve almond flour, baking powder, herbs, garlic powder, and salt in a microwave-proof cup.
- Dice the butter into small chunks and add it to the flour mix. Mash it with the help of a fork till it turns into crumbly dough.
- Once you achieve the texture, add milk to make the batter.
- Fold the grated cheese and old bay seasoning* with a light hand.
- Make sure the batter fills only half of the cup.
- Slip it into a preheated oven for 60 seconds or until cooked.
