  • Almond flour 4 tablespoons
  • Garlic Powder 1/4 teaspoon
  • Baking powder ½ teaspoon
  • Salt ⅛ teaspoon
  • Cold butter ½ tablespoon (1/4 oz/ 9g)
  • Milk 3½ tablespoons
  • Grated cheddar cheese 2 tablespoon
  • Mixed herbs ½ teaspoon
  • Old bay seasoning* 2 teaspoons

Instructions to make Cheddar Bay Biscuit in a mug

  • Sieve almond flour, baking powder, herbs, garlic powder, and salt in a microwave-proof cup.
  • Dice the butter into small chunks and add it to the flour mix. Mash it with the help of a fork till it turns into crumbly dough.
  • Once you achieve the texture, add milk to make the batter.
  • Fold the grated cheese and old bay seasoning* with a light hand.
  • Make sure the batter fills only half of the cup.
  • Slip it into a preheated oven for 60 seconds or until cooked.

  • Celery seeds 1 teaspoon
  • Black Pepper powder 1 teaspoon
  • Nutmeg powder ¼ teaspoon
  • White pepper powder 1 teaspoon
  • Crushed bay leaves 3
  • Kosher salt 2 teaspoons
  • Smoked Paparika powder 1 teaspoon
  • Mustard 1 teaspoon

Instructions:

Mix all the above spices together and store in an air-tight jar.
