Ingredients- YIELDS 24 muffins

2 cups oats flour

½ cup cocoa powder

1 tsp baking powder

1 ½ tsp baking soda

½ tsp salt

1 medium ripe banana mashed

½ cup ripe avocado mashed

1/3 cup butter at room temperature

1 cup brown sugar or ¼ cup honey

2 regular eggs

1 tsp vanilla

2/3 cup of almond milk

Handful of chocolate chips

Method

  1. Mix the dry ingredients- flour, cocoa, baking soda, baking powder, and salt in a large bowl.
  2. Whisk melted butter, brown sugar, eggs, vanilla essence, and almond milk in another bowl. Add in the mashed banana and mashed avocado. Combine everything.
  3. Add the flour mixture to the wet banana mixture. Bring everything together with the help of a wooden spoon. Add a handful of chocolate chips to the batter.
